Anytime an\u00a0Amazon\u00a0worker has an idea to discuss, they\u2019re asked to structure their pitch in the form of a four-to-six-page memo, which the company calls a \u201cnarrative.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meetings start with each attendee sitting and silently reading a \u201csix-page, narratively-structured memo\u201d for about the first 30 minutes of the meeting.<\/p>\n
