Pakistani Official Threatens India With Nuke Attack To Save Muslim Lives on National TV

Just as India and China reached an accord to work toward complete disengagement of troops in the disputed Eastern border region, tensions are rising again for Delhi, as a Pakistani minister threatened India with a nuclear attack on national TV.

Pakistan Minister Sheikh Rashid, an important member of the National Assembly of Pakistan has said during an interview that Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal will be used to save Muslim lives if India will conduct acts of aggression.

As per Sheikh Rashid’s own words, the nuclear attack against India will be the last war and only Muslims will survive. He also said that Pakistan has small and perfect (as in precise) tactical nukes that are perfectly capable of hitting specific regions.

Pakistani minister Sheikh Rashid made the threat of nuclear war against India this week

If something will happen, it will be the end”, indicating a nuclear war of mass destruction.

If Pakistan gets attacked by India, there is no scope for conventional war. This will be a bloody and nuclear war

The interview for the Pakistani media took place on Wednesday, on Samaa TV.

“It will be a nuclear war for sure. We have very calculated weapons which are small and perfect.

“Our weapons will save Muslim lives and will only target certain regions.

Pakistan’s range now even includes Assam. Pakistan has no option in conventional war; therefore India knows if something happens, it will be the end”.

However, Sheikh Rashid has a history of making outlandish comments and he doesn’t have no authority or official position within Pakistan’s defense ministry, as he’s currently serving as Federal Minister for Railways and heads the influential political party Awami Muslim League.

Back in 2019, Pakistan’s prime minister Imran Khan threatened India with nuke strikes if troops are not pulled down from contested regions. He said at the time that:

“I want to tell (Narendra) Modi that our Army is ready for anything they do in Kashmir (PoK). The world should know that when two nuclear countries face-off, the whole world will be harmed. I tell this to everyone I speak with,”
