Bangalore Porest started with a Facebook post by some relatives of a local politician in Bangalore. The Muslim community responded angrily and started the protest in front of the politician’s house whose relatives were involved in the blasphemous post.

A small crowd also gathered in front of the local police station. The police tried to pacify the crowd with talks and later on with tear gas.

The crowd attacked police and also set fire to vehicles, police told. The policemen on the scene got injured as the crowd threw stones on them. In response, the police had to protect themselves.

The police started shooting the crowd. Three people got killed.

City commissioner Kamal Pant told that in the violence, more than 60 policemen got injured including many senior officers on Tuesday night. Police arrested 110 people who were involved in the protest. The local government also imposed curfew in two cities.

The police tweeted that the situation is under control and also gave an explanation for killing three people. They said the police only fired live ammunition after the tear gas.

The home minister of Karnataka state confirmed the deaths. Bangalore is the capital city of the state.

The Bangalore Porest became extremely violent when the blasphemous post on Facebook was spotted. A crowd gathered in front of the police station as well as the house of a local politician.

Akhanda Srinivas Murthy also made a video appeal to the protesters in Bangalore Porest to remain calm and wait for justice. But it is very hard to predict the response of the people when they are in-crowd.

Prophet Muhammad is an extremely respectable person for Muslims. He is the one who laid the foundation of Islam. He is the last prophet sent by Allah to the earth. He preached there is no God but only one, ALLAH.
