Rihanna has apologized to the Muslim community after using a controversial involving Muslim text known as Hadith in her Savage x Fenty Fashion show.

Hadith is a form collection of spoken words of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). She received a huge backlash from Muslim followers for using sacred sayings of the Quran.It is a song by artist Coucou Chloe known as Doom. Rihanna claims it as a  careless and irresponsible act. After the Quran hadiths are considered to be the most sacred possession of Muslims.

The verse that was used by the artist is Hadith quoting events related to Judgement day.

Coucou Chloe apologized to the Muslim community, claiming she was not aware of the fact that the song contained sacred wordings.

Rihanna’s fashion show always proved to be a great success due to its diversity. But Muslim supporters were highly concerned when the song was played on a lingerie show on Amazon on October 2.

A beauty blogger Hodhen Liaden a fan of Rihanna and Fenty believes that there should be more Muslims in the industry that needs to point such issues. Neither Islam is aesthetic nor any religion is aesthetic.

A lot of fellow bloggers have strongly condemned the act. They believe they have been a fan of Fenty products, but now they have second thoughts about promoting the brand on their social media platforms.

This is not the first time Rihanna has been alleged of showing insensitivity towards Islam. In 2013 she was requested to leave a mosque in Abu Dhabi after clicking inappropriate pictures. A lot of names from the fashion industry have been alleged of showing disrespect towards Islam

Previously Kanye west was criticized for naming his Yeezy trainers as Asriel and Israfail. These are the names of two Islamic angels and are worthy of all respect. Also Shein one of the largest retailer brands apologized in July for showing Muslim carpets as frilled Greek carpets.
